SWA mins question

I see that SWA has changed their mins again back to 1000 PIC Turbine.

Does anyone know when this change happened and why? I have been out of the loop for a while and happened to notice this on their website.

I did a search on this board, and am shocked that it has not been discussed very much (if at all).

A year ago it was 1000, then changed to 1300. As of about 2 months ago it's back to 1000. The change to 1300 "reflected the competitive times for an interview". Rough quote from the people department. Honestly, with more airlines hiring, I'm sure it's getting harder for SWA to get as many qualified applicants. Good luck if SWA is your goal.
