have all made calls as of Jan. 23 8 AM.

anyone? anyone? Typically how long does it take to make all the calls? Is it time to give up hope? When do letters typically go out?

It seems to be a little different each month. I interviewed back in August and they did not start making calls until almost one week after the decision board met.

For us, the letters did not go out until after the phone calls were made. I have heard of letters going out right away for those who did not pass the interview.
