So now they just contract out their services instead of working directly for the airline. Good work FAA!
 
The training program had been approved by regional officials and had been in place for years.

Some other inspector got jealous. The FAA expects us to be standard, but don't apply that standard to them in their handling of the airlines. Everyone knows the POI builds his own empire and rule independently.
