I actually know quite a bit about the 108. What are the gotchas on the 20/22?

Thinking about offloading the bonanza in favor if a fun plane.
 
Pa20=22 is a lot tighter in the cockpit. plus only one front door. On the plus side the Pacer is a little faster. Lycoming vs Franklin, Lyc parts are easy to find.
