Hi all,
I've done the online formalities with Spirit, but still No Joy!!

What does it take to get an interview invite?!

Any info would be appreciated!

Is it true that the best way to get an interview is through the job fairs?

What can you expect at the job fair as far as the interaction with Spirit personnel?

Real laid back environment. Gotta wait around in line though for your number. You get about 5 minutes of time with hiring lady. Have a resume prepared to give to them, questions such as why Spirit and tell us about you and anything else you'd like to add to tell them, also have you ever failed any training. Good to name drop if you know anybody. After job fair you will just wait for a call. Patience is key on that. Can be from a week to a couple months til you hear back.

Thanks Dodge.

Question

Nephew has competitive time but has a DUI in the last 5 years and no degree. What are his chances?

I dont think the no degree is a big deal, but the DUI is a big deal... DUI pretty much is a deal breaker almost everywhere. 1 mistake can hurt your career forever

Only one way to find out, and it costs nothing to apply...
