SOCAL AME Advice

I'm about to go get my First Class Medical and wondered if anyone could recommend an AME in the Southern CA area (Palmdale/Lancaster or anywhere near there). My hearing isn't the greatest (20 years in military jets will do that to you) - would prefer someone who uses the conversation test vice the tone test.
