There was mention of something coming soon for Inc from mgmt. Who knows. More RJs and less mainline flying, yay.

Its official. Memo came out this morning. 11 CRJ 200s out of DFW starting Jan 2013. Its a 4 year CPA with the option to extend and exchange for larger aircraft is scope alllows.

How much cash did Skywest offer AA for this flying?!?!

You've discovered the secret to the success of SkyWest, Inc... Offer cash to mainline partners! Now only if everybody else can implement this brilliant business plan, profits will be restored in no time!

Don't be naive, AMR did this to teach Eagle a lesson. It's more of what's to come if Eagle pilots don't play ball. The AMR ballgame, with AMR rules.

UAL is the only company Skywest has ever given money to and that was a loan. $80 million loan at 11% over 10 years and Skywest got its contract extended. Guess that was a legal deal since it was made public to that fact. And a great deal for Skywest; as long as UAL can pay. These are public companies so any money given/loaned to AA would be public information and we haven't heard anything to that fact...yet
