How long after the group interview did it take for most of you who were offered the real interview in SLC to hear from the company?

Depends on experience...significant 121 should get you a call real quick, CFI could take a while.

After a couple months, you should send them an updated resume with current flight times and a cover letter saying "hey I enjoyed meting you guys at the group interview, still interested, I have improved my flight experience, yadayada"

I went to a group interview in Denver June of '06. If they wanted you to go to SLC for the rest of the interview, they told you right away. They had a calendar of days to choose from to go to SLC. Many people went to SLC the following week, some even the same week as the group. Most people that I talked to were invited to SLC. Pretty much if you made the effort to make it to the group interview on your own time and money, it showed you really wanted to be there. And that's what they wanted to see, considering they were having no shows in the past. FWIW.....

I did the group back in mid-Sept and everyone considered for the full interview picked out dates on the same day.
