Not the answer you want to hear, but aywhere from about day 7 until you're almost done with sim (week 8). It really varies.

It can also change before you finish IOE, since so many are being trained in the next few months. if you don't get your first choice, it may be awarded to you by the time you finish, depending on what you want.
