Anyone know if Skyway is interviewing, have a pool, or any classes planned?

I was furloughed from Skyway about a year and a half ago and am currently furloughed from XJ thinking about reapplying........

I talked to a gal in HR about a month or so ago and she said probably early summer...

We furloughed a 1900 class back in Nov '04, just as things fell apart with the Delta deal. I don't think they were in class even a week when it happened.

Sounds like you bring nothing but good luck to whatever airline hires you.

I think maybe you should go to Mesa, or Pinnacle, or one of the Republics.

Spread your good fortunes with them.

We began ground 10/22/04. Finished our systems final on 11/16/04, and were furloughed that day. Actually we found out about the furlough the day before.

Yudso you still taking that Republic class next week?

Hope you don't take our furlough luck with you over there..

Yes, I am going to go through with it. I don't think that Northwest is in any hurry to get replacements for the Avros. Even if they did give us the rfp as soon as we're done in court, it is going to take months to transition the avro pilots to the crj. I hope that it works out, but I can't wait. With my luck, you'll make captain over there before I get off of reserve.
