I have a resource at LAX,

The guy was going to crash it in the ocean. He got above the clouds (supposedly) went the wrong way, landed in PSP to refuel, then headed back towards the ocean. He had a change of heart and decided to ask for help and ATC tried to talk him down to LAX where it took him 2 attempts to land. He was "under the influence" and a student pilot. All took place @ 2am.

Another thing to help GA along

Wow.......Don't suppose that caused any delays at LAX. Student pilot in a Cirrus? This could have turned out way worse than it did.
