RVR reporting

Anyone know why only certain airports have their RVR readings available online and through products like Flight Explorer? Is it really that hard to have all the airports that have RVR reporting to be able to broadcast this through text means rather than me (a dispatcher) having to call and bug the tower for the latest readings?
