Questions for the PPC folks.

Hey all, just a few quick questions for all the PPC veterans out there.

1. Can the 2 seat PPCs only be used for instruction, or can just anyone take up a passenger?

2. How long would it take for me to become an instructor given that fact that I am a FAA certified CFII and MEI airplane instructor with an advanced ground instructor certificate as well?

I'm pretty sure that your MEI won't do much for you on a PPC.
