The CL-65 (CRJ) has 5 settings:

0: retracted
1/4: 8 degrees
1/2: 19 degrees
3/4: 33 degrees
Max: 50 degrees

Spoilers

The LR-60 has 10, 20, 30 and 40. You can select any value between these values as well. The earlier Lear's were only deploy or stow. All of which are deployed without flaps.

The 55 and 60 have autospoilers. The 55's spoilers will deploy weight on wheels, and the 60's will deploy on proper wheel spinup(throttles at idle). I don't know about the 45.
