Has there been any ruling on how the lists are to be integrated? Any word on what happens to the formerly furloughed Polar pilots that are back but with no flying to do?

There is a 6 page thread on this starting here on pprune Click Here . Lets hope that thread dies off soon and not restarted here.

I believe the furloughed Polar are rehired and paid until they get a -200 back to comply with the ruling and then those in excess for the one returned A/C will be furloughed properly instead of the way they did it before. I believe the Polar MEC has recently filed a new grievance requesting A/C to be removed from Atlas and sent over to Polar.

Atlas is keeping and flying the planned (3) -200s that were originally going to be parked due to heavey checks due. They have found more AMC flying. New hiring at Atlas expected for f/o's but the Atlas fleet is fat on FE's and 19 are going to get furloughed unfortunately.
