Well isn’t this turning into a nice heated discussion?

I've always been told FAA guys aren’t too bright, but I guess they have to be, I don’t think I could write as confusingly and beat around the bush as much as they do if I tried.
 
Best book Out There

For Plain Language FAR stuff it doesn't get any better that Everything Explained by Richie Lengel. Funny and easy to understand and he covers all the bases.

Just do some research on this board to find out "if a flight is a charter or not". In reality it's a pretty simple matter to know if it is or it isn't. The only time it seems gray is if you're trying to make the shoe fit when it doesn't.
