Has anyone interviewed at Pinnacle lately. I'm curious as to what the latest BS is that HR is telling the interview candidates? Someone on the line told me they were telling new hires to expect upgrades in a year or less! Yeah right.

Have you ever been to a used car dealership before. Get ready for some good marketing, and salesmanship at it's finest.

Our HR is doing what you heard...

I have (or had) a friend recently get into class (interviewed and hired late last year). They were telling him upgrade by the end of this year!!! He came to us with the time by not in type...

He took MSP, and I seriously doubt he will even see 200 hours in type by the end of this year..

Sad part.. he was near upgrade at his former company, jumped ship assuming he would only have to wait a few more months at us to upgrade.

We hire the best salespeople in the industry.. er, I mean HR people!!!
