Piedmont?

Is Piedmont a good place to be? What is the QOF (Regional airlines)? Is anyone getting an interview with USAir after 2 years or is it longer?

Depends on your definition of "good". Poorly run company with no future. Great airplane and great people to work with.

Interviews have been going to people with 5+ years on property. They are lying to interviewees about the agreement with USAir. It is actually a concessionary agreement, and gives no advantage over anyone else since they were hiring plenty of Piedmontsters before the agreement was signed.

Your chance of getting hired at Airways is the same no matter where you go.
