Who uses PBS for bidding and how do you like it?

We use PBS at our airline and I like it alot.

When I was a F/A at AA, the company tried tro get us to convert to PBS. It didn't happen.

I've been at Comair for over 10 years and detest the PBS system. There are few things I miss about AA, but the ability to bid hard lines is definitely what I miss the most.

PBSs have the potential to hurt all but the #1 CA, F/O and F/A at their respective bases. All other awards are based upon what the senior bidder gets.
