This goes for all aircraft, but what is the name of the official placard inside the cockpit or vestible that carries the official owner/lease-holder of the aircraft?

That's the Registration. It's just an official document (paper, not placard) from the FAA. Usually, it's behind the Airworthiness Certificate (i.e. not actually visible) which is required to be displayed.
