The IGC in cahoots with the OWC want to blow up western work rules as we know them, and opt for a more social justice system. A system where one goes to work at a company and realizes top scale wages and benefits from day one. And if said chosen one doesn't like this company, they can take all of their future earnings and go over to another airline, start there today and keep their senoritiy from their last company!!

That would be fair, in their world!!! That is the new world order according to the IGC and OWC!!

You have obviously not read the page, or the proposal to the RLA because your assertions regarding the intent and implementation are wrong. Read the RLA, and then read the content of their proposal. Once you have done that, then try coming on here with a coherent argument that's not based on rhetoric, emotion, and false information. From what I can gather, your view is that any attempt to better our profession by reducing the constraints of the RLA is attempted socialism. If you truly love the capitalist system so much, then you would be outraged by the RLA because we are not working in a free market and the market does not determine our rates because of the RLA.
