I'm looking for a calendar that the pax can access online. Preferably something they can enter info into manually (pax names, times, catering requests, etc.). Currently experimenting with 30boxes.com. Any other ideas?

***Please no jokes about our need for a schedule when we only fly 4 days a month.;)

Might try the guys at myfbo.com

Flying club I worked for used the software (as does AirShares Elite) and it's a very capable bit of programming. (hehe...get it? bit...programming!)

Perhaps they could give you a rundown on whether or not their system would work and why. I think it certainly might have potential.

I'm not familiar with any other online scheduling systems other than AircraftClubs.com which isn't that snazzy.

Look at www.airset.com. It is not a specific airplane/airline scheduler, but a shared calendar system...works fairly well with hi-speed connections, and can be adapted to your needs.

We setup a shared calendar for each aircraft and then a misc one for crew needs (training, vacations, medicals, etc.). Has an reminder system that can be tied to email or text messages (cell phone).
