I've done some searches on it, with no luck.
If you've spent any amount time residing overseas as an expat, and you return to the States, then you'll have to wait 5 years before you can apply with any carrier doing US postal contracts, such as FDX. This also applies to ACMI carriers doing gov't contract work. That's the way I understood it anyway- yet I can't seem to find any recent info on that policy.
It seems like alot of companies would fall under that umbrella- even the pax airlines haul postal stuff. BTW, I'm not an expat, but I know of a few guys 'over there' who want to eventually come 'back here.'
