NW Airlink Payscales

Hi!

Can someone please post the payscales for Pinnacle and Mesaba? If possible, please list 1st yr, 2nd yr, etc. I am mainly interested in RJ Captain payscales, but if it's not too much trouble, the FO rates would be helpful as well. Also, please list the Max hourly rate (ie. yr 12 or wherever it maxes out).

Thanks, but I'm not concerned about the hiring situation. I need to know about the pay scales because of the current debate about merging seniority lists between Mesaba, Pinnacle and NWA.

That's Pinnacle rates for the CRJ. We don't have any Saabs anymore.

Just to clarify... NW Airlink is a brand and NOT a company - despite what some may think or advertise on company marquis, hangers and ID badges. With that said - NW Airlink is operated by Mesaba and Pinnacle Airlines. You've got the PCL rates... here's the XJ rates. Theese rates are the current rates as of 6/1/01 and keep in mind this is from a 1996 contract that became ammendable in June 2002. No more contactual raises and also keep in mind that our most junior FO has been with the company since June 2001 and was probably furloughed once since the fall of 2001. One more thing to note is that we currently have 46 pilots on furlough. These rates will hopefully change dramatically for the better after our contact which is currently in mediated negotiations is signed - probably after a strike or at least further bitter and ugly disputes.

FO rates are the same for both saab and avro.

7-12 mo - 20.35

XJ payscale is correct but the contract was amendable in June 2002. We've been negotiating since June 2001 and the company (i.e. Northwest) has no desire to come to an agreement at this time. There is some hope that the mediator will make a recommendation to the NMB for release possibly by fall. Many of our furloughed pilots are on their second furlough from XJ since 9/01.

The Mesaba pilot group is unified in trying to stop the race to the bottom.
