Not terrific, what do y'all think about the new UPS colors ?

anyone got a link to the new UPS scheme.

I like the NWA new scheme. Simple yet looks pretty cool.

how much is it gonna cost to paint these new schemes? thought airlines were loosing money. it costs a whole lot for a company to pay another company to come up with and design a new logo and scheme then more money to pay another company to paint that scheme on each plane....etc...etc.

northwest better not complain about money loss at the end of this year....

"The new livery will be available for viewing at MSP, DTW and MEM. We will see 77 A/C painted this year (50 sched. and 27 new A/C).Passages "A/C painting sched. will not be accelerated to turn out the new look faster, but will continue on as before. The same strategy will apply to the Airlink".
Also-"the new look will contain fewer colors". "With the protective clear coat, A/C paint life is expected to last 20% longer from the present 5-6 years. And reduce cost by as much as 5%."

Not sure where this quote was taken...possibley the NWA MEC meeting last week???
