Ultra Grump is right on. That website tells you exactly as it is and it is constantly updated by those who recently interviewed. The only thing I would add is to get you instrument scan up to snuff. The sim ride will get you if your scan is not fast. I just shot a bunch of approaches on my trusty old Flight Sim 2000 in the 182 with a classic 6 pack to get the scan better before going to the interview. I highly recommend this if you are used to using a flight director. I highly recommend it even if you don't. Good luck.
