I don't know if any FA's lurking the board, I am a pilot.
Talking to some FA's, I understand regular FA skills take bakseat to personality, patience, customer service and conflict resolution. Even during pilot interviews the main focus is on the above, since on most AC's we are the FA's.
The actual service skills you can always learn.
