Necktie...I need a navy zip tie

Does anybody know where I can find a navy zip tie for my uniform? I looked at Sporty's and a few other places, but they only had the regular type and the clip-on kind. I've seen black zip ties, but not in navy.

Try looking in the phone book for uniform supply places. Failing that, you could always call the non emerg police or fire # and ask where they get their stuff. Its worked for me in the past.

Wow, a tie? I remember a large, square item of black silk that was rolled, fooled with, spindled, and eventurally turned to a square knot and then work under the flap of a jersey blouse.

Once you got the thing tied, you'ed never un-tie it for fear of having to do it again!

I bought a navy blue zipper tie a year ago at one of the uniform shops in Miami. There are a couple across from the airport. If I recall correctly both had navy blue. I forget the name of the stores, maybe someone from the Miami area can chime in and let you know. I'm sure you could order one over the internet or phone, once you find out the store info.

I have always had a black tie and just tied it once and never messed with it again. Now I need one that's navy, and figured a zip one would be cool.
Anybody out there know of that place in Miami or any other that sells those? I'll keep searching as well. It's hard when you keep coming up on those websites selling uniforms for strippers though!!!

A friend of mine had his regular uniform tie converted to a zipper tie by Hamilton Ties. Ph# 1-800-396-2333. It's cheap too, only $11.
