More HA recalls

A memo came out from crew planning today detailing the upcoming vacancy bid. It will be opened on November 3rd, and closes December 4th. There will be a total of 17(!) recalls making a total of 43 this year out of a total of 98 furloughees. Activation date is June 1st 2007. The calls to potential recallees started today.
