Medical Examiner in Dallas, TX

I few months ago, I was given a business card for an AME in Dallas, TX who did first class medicals for only $35. Unfortunately I lost his card. Does anybody have any information on this doctor?

How about any other good AME's in north Dallas?

Kramer, Gabriel Freid, Griffin are the three i have used in Dallas. I think Kramer is 35$ and Griffin is 45$, Gabriel Freid is good if you have any questionable conditions.
