HMMM reading the contract would not help find the loop holes 5000 other pilots have helped to figure out, there is great gouge out there for the purple pilots....from max. pay to finding the best place to drop a deuce on property..... :)

Jtmpilot,
You are right about how they will work your schedule. How to bid depends on what you want for the month, where you live and what you can hold. Max pay or time at home before 3 months in the building. If you live somewhere other then MEM and want the time at home. Bid to conflict the trips and they will be dropped. You are kinda stuck if all you can hold is reserve. Then try to bid a reserve line that conflicts with training as much as possible. If you are getting VTO's then bid max days off. And make sure you protect min days off in any case. If you want mo money then do the opposite. Hope it helps. Have fun!

Well if you would like to work the whole month you would put your Reserve days in the front of the month. If you want time off, put them at the end of the month, then you will have the beginning of the month off. Pay is the same. I think if you can get VTO line you get paid BLG instead of RLG.
