McGriff, Seible, and Williams in Birmingham

I am currently an F/O with ASA and commute to DFW. I may have an opportunity to get on with McGriff, Seibles and Williams and be based here in Birmingham at home.

Does anyone on this board have any experience with McGriff, Seibles and Williams or know anyone who does. I am considering the job, but am not sure if I would be committing career suicide if I ever wanted to go back to the airlines. I would appreciate any input anyone has. Thanks

I've been at ASA for 3 years and there is no upgrade in sight. With the status of Delta at this time, I'm not sure what is going to happen.
