Not to be snotty about enhanced safety, but, why does this seem like a solution searching for a problem? I guess I thought (perhaps erroneously) that CRM was pretty much SOP everywhere these days.
And I love the line about making pilots more aware of fatigue issues.....let's see, how about making management more aware of fatigue?
