The boss wants to make a backup copy of all our maintenance records. Have any of you done this? Did you just go down to Kinko's or are there companies that specialize in this?

kinko's

Yes, Kinko's would be the quickest, easiest way to do it. I would even go as far as getting it on a CD...you never know.

A lot of companies are putting all their maintenance records on CD. You can do it yourself (tedious), or send it off somewhere. Most likely they wills can the images in as a PDF and put them on CD. I know if a few international operators that have done this and carry a copy of the CD in the plane in case of a maintenance issue away from base.

Thanks guys. I just got back from Kinko's. Wow, that was alot of work! Guess that's what I get for flying a 15 year old plane.
