Since you are typed in Lears, maybe go to the training facility you attended. Give them some resumes, and ask about lear jobs in your area. We are a Sabre operator, and went to FSI in STL looking for our last two pilots. It worked well for us, we ended up with two great guys who were already trained in our airplane. It's just an idea.
