I've heard pay is about industry average for the large cabins gulfstreams they fly...which won't get you very far in San Jose. If you browse propilotworld.com you'll find a lot of info. HP seems to post job openings every 6 months or so, guys don't seem very thrilled with the place.
 
'Poster child for a highly dysfunctional flight department at a company that SHOULD be top notch'. This from someone who has experience with them.

Have a friend that left there quite some time ago. From what they have told me, if you are young, single and don't mind flying all over the world for weeks on end in a G5, it is what you make of it... They left for another Part 91 G550 job.
 
Pays poverty wages for the Bay area ($65-85k) and treats pilots like expendable capital.
