Life at a Fractional?

Having only worked in the airline Biz and having no experience in the corporate world, I have no clue what it would be like at a Fractional. Can someone give my an idea of a "typical" day and a "typical" trip. I know it will vary with aircraft and company, but I'm just trying to get an overal "feel." (ie. pax interaction, baggage and service between legs, overnights, dead heading ect.)

Please list company, A/C, and base for reference.
