Check Pro Pilot mag and NBAA but off the top of my head:

Corporate Learjet 35 PIC: at least $75K plus bennies.
SIC: at least $50K plus bennies.

A good experienced captain should command an $80-90K salary and SIC is probably $50-60K range. Many flight departments will always have two captains on board, i.e. employ only PIC's. Hope this helps and check those other references.
 
If my Lear job offers were in that range, maybe I'd still be flying.

Freight - $17K + mileage
Charter - $25K & $36K

Totally understand what you're saying but he was asking about a corporate flight department, often times quite different from the types of operations you've mentioned. It's good that you don't work for those wages, they are pitiful. Sorry you stopped flying though.

2nd year 55k
bassed on 15 days/month. $150/day each extra day over 15


PIC 75k with bennies
+5k/year after 1st
bassed on 15 days/month. $300/day each extra day over 15
south florida, mostly 135 500-600 hrs year
