This contract pays about $27,500 per year less in total compensation than the average EMB 170/190 contract out there.

Much better terms and condition are available for other Ejet contracts.

Parc ERJ Job

Parc is offering a similar job now in Japan for J-Air that pays $120K a year after taxes. In addition there's $2K in monthly per diem, housing and commuting assistance. Might wanna take a peak at that and compare that with this contract.

They will pay for your ERJ type if you meet their requirements as well.
