In the midwest, somewhere in the ballpark of $350 a day, plus expenses.

How about all 91. Flying an average 300 hours a year. What should a salary be for this set-up?

I would say at least in the $50's or $60's if you're the chief pilot/department manager, and are responsible for EVERYTHING.
