Legal Opinion

What was it about?

Legal opinion regarding logging pft (and non-pft) SIC time in their single pilot airplanes. Turns out, you can't do it. Who knew?

It made me smile.

What aircraft? What was Key Lime's argument for allowing them to log it? This isn't just for their PFT program? Is there a link to the ruling?

Key Line

I read the FAA Chiefl Councel's Interpretations back 10 years today online. Didn't see a thing on this subject. Are your sure there is a letter?

If so, somebody should post it.

I'd love to shaft this PFT thing to the bone.
