If anyone knows about positions in the PHX area, I would appreciate the info.

I'm hoping to find something in turbine equipment, but mostly I don't want to commute anymore.

You could try AEX, they fly cargo. but their planes are in bad shape though. lost of horror stories

AEX is a freight forwarding company in PHX. They use Senecas and Navajos from Air Desert Pacific flight school over in Brackett Field, CA. They fly out of L.A. basin and Phoenix around the southwest. Maintenance is shady at best. Flying is great, but pay sucks unless you can swing some kind of a deal. Benefits = none... multi time is your only benefit.

I flew for them 3 years ago, and it was fun, although the maintenance truly sucked to say the least... but it was fast multi time and fun flying.

In other words, if you are desperate for multi time, look into it... but if you get hired, do VERY careful preflights. If you need a flying job, or are a furloughee.... keep looking, you can find a better job.
