ghost64: You don?t have to make any predictions?inner animosity has been here for 2 years+, ever since the uncivil and bully-boy IBT wannabes started attacking our well-liked CEO Deanna and anyone who questions their tactics or motives. If it passes, you?ll have half the pilots trying to do their best in spite of IBT attitudes?if the vote is NO, then hopefully we?ll have most all pilots doing their job unfettered by the horrible drag a union such as the IBT throws on a company they infest.

You NJ folks finally figured out the IBT is corrupt and cynical and in it for themselves only, and overwhelmingly threw them out and formed your own union. We can do the same (form an in-house union if need be), with a little will-power that our FPAC seems to lack. NJ?s is going overboard in their propaganda effort to influence a Yes vote?NetJetter? s realize if we get yolked with the IBT, THEY (NJ) wins a huge victory as we start our race to the bottom.

GC: Nobody at FLEX has balked at a fight?the anti-IBT forces know what a drag the IBT brings to any company it infests, and FIGHTS like mad to keep this uncivil POS away from our doors. We haven?t been presented with any choice other than this corrupt, uncivil POS the IBT. NJ finally figured out their true nature and threw them out on their ear. Hopefully a majority of us will do the same.

The rest of your post is pure FUD.

Your post just proves exactly how uneducated you are. The IBT has only been an issue at our company since Feb 1, 2015. So about 11 months. Had Deanna stayed they probably never would have been called upon. The only persons to throw Deanna under the bus have been Kenn Ricci and Rick Handschuch.

As far as balking at a fight, it doesn't count if you're only trying to curry favor or get a promised upgrade. It's pathetic to watch. If you're not RH I certainly hope for your sake you're turning in screenshots of your posts here to make sure you "git yours" when the candy is handed out.

Oh wait... On December 15 we will put an end to the candy grab. Sucks to be you - hated by both pilots and the management team that will blame your inept campaigning for their loss.

Just exactly what do the RH's, TP's and PD's to name a few think will happen to them when Kenn is looking for an excuse why he lost?

My guess, he'll blame the very sycophants he's been using to claim they poisoned the culture and it wasn't him. Therefore, he won't have to resign as promised. He will just rid of the poison so he can move forward with the best of intentions with the now voted in union.

Trust me Kenn has a plan either way and the kneelers will be surprised no matter the outcome.

As far as management goes, RH has set himself up for a huge fall and it couldn't happen to a bigger dummy. The position of Flex VP of Flight Operations goes away under single system anyway. Does he not realize what is written on the wall? His stupidity is astounding.

JW, DS, JD - they all played this smart. Rick hung himself out to dry and I for one hope he gets everything he deserves. He cannot continue to lead at this point if the union wins. Kudos to Doug and Jim. They have proved themselves fairly worthy of the job - holding the company line while not alienating over half of the pilots. Kudos to Jason who doesn't take things personally and spin out of control. Handschuch appears downright spiraling and crazed in addition to his usual dim bulb-ness. Even Warlord (if not RH) will have to admit this.

Look for Rick to be gone and these guys elevated in Kenn's new plan of going forward after the vote.

It's the smart move and I'll give it to Kenn, he is smart.

Christmas comes 10 days early this year. I can't wait.

WL you continue to deflect and deny, ad nauseum, as you continue to defend managements behavior. So please explain to me how we can possibly trust management to make improvements when they don't even acknowledge there is a need for any?

Warlord went into hiding. The stench of impending defeat to thick to bear. Now figuring out if/how he can resurrect any respect for himself in the real world.

Doubt it.

realityman: You funny guy. I didn’t know you had a tractor-trailer truck tooting it’s horn and everything at one of your recent pickets. What a great idea. Rumour has it we got 27 calls from NJ owners the next day wanting to change providers…guess they didn’t appreciate the toots as much as you, but I would encourage you to continue this practice.

GC: I don’t so much defend management behavior as much as explain why the anachronistic, belligerent, archaic, uncivil, etc IBT is such a POS, that it has torn our culture apart at Flex, and will cause our company huge grief if it comes on property.. I am pro-business and wish to work with management as opposed to demonizing them, calling them Hitlers, and other such things the IBT lemmings do most every day.

fischman: You might want to check the pay of the Lear45 drivers at Wal-Mart…rumor has it they are not unionized.
Also, I would ask you this. Do you simply believe that all line-pilots think alike and that 100% of them think a union is mandatory? I can attest there are a whole bunch who hate and detest this IBT POS as much as I do, hopefully a majority. You’re simple-minded if you think other-wise.

If there are any non-voters left, I would urge you to vote soon. Not doing so is irresponsible.

At Flex, we recently had our most private data breached by “someone” who then gave it to NJASAP, who then did a mass propaganda mailing to Flex pilots. It is this kind of IBT-inspired illegal and egregous behavior you can expect IF the IBT infests Flex.

Anyone with eyes and basic common sense can figure out why NJASAP wants us to vote in the IBT…it is such a huge drag on any company they infest, and would give our most direct competitors, NJ, a huge selling point when trying to sell shares.

So, Be SMART! You have a chance to vote yourself all the benefits and equal wages Flex now enjoys. Do it for your family and yourself.

Just wallpapering on multiple threads?

The company lawyers must have been too busy to do the due diligence on two separate threads.

WL has been doing that for a few weeks now, kinda pathetic isn't it? Two more days until Christmas!

Glad I could make you laugh. It's good for the soul, and seems like you could use a little pick-me-up.

Want to hear something else funny? The truck was at our CMH picket. The whole point of that picket was to express our displeasure to MANAGEMENT and to show we are unified and not afraid.

My point?

In CMH, we actually have very little client traffic. 27 owners called the next day? Now that's funny! I can't remember a day where we had even half that number come through CMH.

I bet it sounded good though when you wrote it.

Oh yeah, this makes a lot of sense.

Uh, have you been paying attention to ANYTHING that we've been doing to get our new contract?

Think multiple pickets in multiple cities. WSJ ads. Ads in other local papers where there were big events that our owners attended. A massive picket at WB's big party in Omaha. A blimp. Rolling billboards. A TV appearance by our union president on a national news show. A big push to get all our pilots to simply comply with applicable regs and company policies. And on and on.

Now combine that with the diminished service and value that the previous management team created at NJ's and somehow you think having a union is going to have your clients screaming "Quick, get me a line to NJ's!! Their union is so much prettier and less disruptive than the IBT!". Yeah, whatever. I think our management would like it to work that way, but anyone with one or two live brain cells knows that isn't the case.

By the way, I guess you wouldn't want me to bring up the fact that we had tremendous growth at NJ's back when we were with the IBT.

Netjets has a huge amount of rebuilding of the brand to do. The thought that your clients will all be jumping ship to come over here because you're with the IBT is fanciful fear, at best.

For ANY non-voters out there:

Today is it. If you don’t cast your vote today, you can’t complain about the outcome.

Use your head when you do vote. HELP yourselves and your family (if you are FO) by raising all your pay and benefits to our (Flex) level and help begin to re-establish a culture of mutual respect and cooperation that the UNCIVIL IBT and its lackeys have destroyed.

VOTE NO!!!!
