P.S. if you are stupid enough to sign one, you will love the death angle!
 
if you knew the carrier required you to sign a training contract; (most are usually for a year time frame) then why did you take the job just to bail during that time frame?
one year at a regional airline goes by really quick and if i were on the hiring board at the airline you wanted to leave for i would have a second thoughts about hiring someone that can't fulfill a commitment and i should be thinking to myself is this individual going to leave us after we spend around 20K to train him/her?
