How long to get new certificate?

How long has it been taking to get new certificates back? I got my temporary back in May and still havn't seen the new one. I know the temp is good for 120 day's. I just don't remember waiting this long for certificates in the past.

I got my temp. in March, and just received mine last month. When I changed my cert. numbers however, it only took about 3 weeks.

I got mine about 100 days later. Took the IR ride in april.

When I ordered the new format certificate (different situation probably), it came in less than two weeks.

Needless to say ... I was dumbfounded.

Took my checkride at the begining of May and only just got my ticket in the post last week. So about 100 days (roughly) I'd say.
