Weren't you inquiring as to the current hiring status of U.S. Customs (or ICE). Just wondering what you found out.

Just talked to my buddies in Jax. They said that everything is still under a hiring freeze, and things should clear up soon. I am getting out and am gonna fly multi's for a while, and try and get my 500 multi engine requirement.

Well I bet there is one heck of a turf war going on with all this. I'm working for the BP side of the CBP and am wondering how things are going to pan out (ie. hiring mins, policy, assignments, etc.) Not a lot of info is moving right now. We'll see soon hopefully.
