I'm on a 4 day (LGA long hotel) but I rented a car and drove back to PA for dinner with the family. Hit the Williamsburg Bridge at 1:30pm and entered the Holland Tunnel at 3:55PM. 2.5 hours to cross Manhatten. 4 hours to get to PA, $125 for the rental car plus gas and tolls (going back) - dinner with the family priceless.

Going back via the guinea gangplank - soho and chinatown can suck it.
