Has anyone been to Halifax before?

I am flying up to pick up one of our H-3's and fly it back down the coast. I am pretty excited, as it will be day, VFR only down the coast.

It is important to keep the land on your right...unless you start passing the same place twice then you need to head to the main land and put the land off your right. Seriously, I've ferried helos from Alaska to the lower 48 several times and you should have a great time even down the East Coast. Be Safe and Enjoy.

I am looking forward to it. Being stationed in FL, I am going to have trouble with the cold. Looking forward to flying thru the big cities and DC on the way back down.
