I can think of a few who need them!

In all seriousness, we've all flown with people who should seek some help, but haven't because they don't want to lose their livelihood. Not a bad decision INMHO.
 
So, am I reading this right that you must be on the meds, and not flying, for 12 months to be considered for approval to return to flying?

This still doesn't help; how many pilots, not on furlough, can take 12 months of no income to be able to be 'approved' to work with the meds?
