What world do you live in? On my last 8 day tour, every day was at least 12 hours long. Only one MEL. Handjob is spreading this bs on his roadshow only to sow discontent with the Flex pilots. Flightaware doesn't reflect the fbo rot 4 hours on stby before the scheduled trip. Flex is no longer. You have been sold to the "used car salesman" of aviation. You don't remember the days before the Union, where we had 16 hour duty-days and rolling rest periods. Any Flex pilots wake up yet? This is your new reality.

lmao. What a loser you are. Did a email go out about crews can't use wifi on plane??? You know why? Cause to much gay porn was being looked at by bumper butt in the IRL dept. oh and by the way. How many flexs heads he step on to get that seat? Trust your management

We (Flex) live in the same "world" you live in! We have the same "12-14 hour" days you have. We get stuck with the same "fbo rot" you do. The only difference is, we cover our work and get stuck with the work that your side is responsible for yet won't do.

This isn't RH spewing "bs", this is our life on the flex side made difficult by your side. The facts are this: most of the trips we recover are phenom trips...our days are difficult because of the work ethics of 'some' in your fleet. I know there's legitimate groundings and we all get tired, but the number of cancelled trips coming from the phenom fleet is too high to not be substantiate as a trend. Suck it up and do your job.

Total bs. We are so understaffed, we have green airplanes sitting with no pilots. So, what are you saying? Do you want us flying broke, tired or hungry? No way. As a professional pilot, I WILL maintain a professional standard even if I am not compensated as one. Get off your high horse and get back to work. Any Flex pilots wake up yet?

Seriusly Dude? You need to step back and rethink your comment! RH is clearly lying to your face and you are too stupid to realize it Ricci has the Phenom fleet over filled with Nextant owners that were converted to The Phenom and completely understaffed with pilots to fly the airplanes. We are flying our asses off every day and doung recoveries from the Lear and Clallenger fleets as well. We have no control over what Mgt does with staffing levels so before you go shooting your mouth off about a lazy flops pilot, think twice because its not us, its the ********************ty management we all are forced to work with

1FOlinepilot: Was your account hacked or have you finally had enough of the BS? Too funny to observe your schizophrenia but welcome back to reality.

By the way El Raton I have taken a little interest lately in scouring FlightAware and trying my best to interpret the data. Additionally I have noticed the ass backwards way things are working on the Flex side and try to work that into account. It's obvious the accusations in your now deleted original post I saw just before you took it down are wrong.

My interpretation is many planes sit for days (which spells definitively broken or uncrewed) while at the same time many planes are being overworkd with 12-14 hour days and questionable planning requiring some tails to do coast to coast (assumed by data inference) positions legs to airports that have an uncrewed plane within a hours hop.

Additionally I know for a fact several of my trips are handed off to other crews as recoveries simply because scheduling came up with a different plan for me late in the game. I know because I've seen what the other crews get or have gotten myself and happen to know whose on the plane I'm supposedly recovering. I have been sitting in an FBO ready to go when I've had trips taken away simply because I'm in the middle of a tour and they need to significantly change my next day plan because another crew refused OT or they couldn't get a go home flight late enough in the day. I know without question you have had the same things happen and more. The point: you have no way of knowing what kind of "recovery" you are getting. My bet is 9 times out of 10 it's not, repeat NOT, the pilot's fault.

I think the way the do crew planning now is so different than what we are used to, it's easy for Rick to manipulate the appearance and he has fun doing it. That blustery fool has doubled down on his benedict arnold and cannot be taken seriously.

I get you are pissed about sli but, dude, you have got to get over it and get back from the dark side. You are someone who in the past made such good points for our need for a union you actually helped win me over. Don't make Rick's mistake and double down on stupidity just because one thing didn't go your way. That's what children do and I don't think that's an accurate description for you.

I didn't see your original post. But it's pretty cowardly to erase it when you take a little heat. I very specifically asked Jim D during my long recurrent if we were extra busy because the Options pilots refuse to fly, write up bogus items and/or call fatigued. He told our entire class: "that is absolutely not the case, the Options pilots work every bit as hard as we do". So if you are saying otherwise, you are a liar. If you are reading and believing that on yammer, you are reading and believing a lie. The real driver of this scheduling insanity is the furlough of 60 pilots. We have far too many uncrewed green airplanes. Phenoms, Lears and Challengers are all short staffed to the point we are dis servicing our customers. That is solely management's doing, and it is a travesty.

Ever since the original furloughs back in 2008 FO has always run a very very lean crew. I have literally parked a green plane at the end of my tour and then airlined to the same plane at the beginning of my next tour!
